Shipping policy
Processing & Fulfillment Times
All products are made and fulfilled in limited quantities. Standard processing time is approximately 3–4 weeks before shipment unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Because many products involve custom production, specialty materials, dyeing, washing, or handmade finishing processes, fulfillment timelines are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.
While we work to fulfill all orders within the stated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside of our control, including but not limited to:
- Production delays
- Manufacturing defects requiring remakes
- Material shortages
- Shipping carrier delays
- Quality control issues
- High order volume
- Customs/import delays
- Force majeure events
In the event of a delay, customers will be notified via email or SMS with updated fulfillment information.
Shipping
Once orders are completed and shipped, customers will receive tracking information via email.
Shipping delivery times after dispatch are determined by the carrier and are separate from processing times.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers once packages have been shipped.
Pre-Orders & Limited Releases
Certain products may be sold as pre-orders or made-to-order items. By purchasing these items, customers acknowledge and accept that fulfillment timelines may vary.
Estimated shipping windows are provided as general guidance and may be extended if additional production time is required to maintain quality standards.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Due to the limited and made-to-order nature of many products, orders cannot be canceled or modified once production has begun.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is entered correctly at checkout.
