Refund policy
Return, Exchange & Store Credit Policy
Effective Date: July 1st, 2025
This policy applies to all purchases made through our Shopify store. By completing a purchase, the customer agrees to the terms outlined below.
1. Returns for Refund (Damaged Goods Only)

Returns for a full refund to the original payment method are only accepted for items received in damaged condition.

Customers must notify us of damaged goods within 10 calendar days of confirmed delivery.

Proof of damage is required and may include photos and/or video at our discretion.

Items reported after the 10-day window are not eligible for a refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
2. Exchanges (Sizing Issues)

Exchanges are only available for sizing-related issues.

Exchange requests must be submitted within 10 calendar days of delivery.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If the requested size is unavailable, store credit may be offered at our sole discretion.

We reserve the right to approve or deny exchange requests for sizing issues at any time.
3. Store Credit

Store credit may be issued in place of an exchange when inventory is unavailable.

Store credit is not guaranteed and is subject to approval.

Store credit requests related to sizing issues may be denied without obligation to provide an alternative remedy.

Store credit has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Unless otherwise stated, the following are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit:

Worn, washed, altered, or damaged items not caused by manufacturing defect

Items without original tags or packaging

Sale or discounted items (if applicable)

Any item not reported within the stated 10-day window
5. Condition of Returned Items

Approved returns or exchanges must be sent back unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

Items returned in unacceptable condition will be rejected and sent back to the customer at their expense.
6. Shipping Costs

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is confirmed as damaged due to manufacturing or fulfillment error.

We are not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.
7. Right to Refuse
We reserve the right to:

Refuse returns, exchanges, or store credit requests that do not comply with this policy

Deny service in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or repeated excessive return behavior
8. Policy Modifications
This policy may be updated or modified at any time without prior notice. The version in effect at the time of purchase will apply.
